In this video, we want to learn about how we can write the introduction in four straightforward and pretty simple steps! In the beginning, it is essential to say that the intro is precisely an outline of your research. In an introduction, you are trying to present your research framework in a clear, concise, appealing, and well-organized way. There are four steps for writing a perfect introduction, including: 1- Define the topic, and present the terms and principal concepts. 2- Try to declare the problem. 3- "literature review (cite to other studies)" by considering the innovation of your work, the flaws and issues of previous studies compared to your study, available gaps, and present fundamental tips to demonstrate your research excellence. Show the importance of your research and motivation for your work; explain Why is your research necessary? 4- List the objectives of your work and try to make the main hypotheses, assumptions, and the central question of your work. Moreover, if you have difficulties and do not have enough confidence to start with the introduction first, I recommend you write it last. Beginnings are hard; nevertheless, you should try to create. You will tell the readers what we know and don't know in this unique subject area and the paper. By focusing on recent references and citing them, you can better show the potential of your research paper. What is H Index and I10 Index How to Calculate H-Index and I10 Index

Link to the PPTX file -> What is H Index and I10 Index How to Calculate H-Index and I10 Index

Link to the PPTX file: https://agrimetsoft.com/scientific_papers #scientific_papers : https://bit.ly/2RU2xkt https://agrimetsoft.com/faq/What_is_h_index What are #H_Index and #I10 Index How to Calculate #HIndex and #I10_Index === What is "h-index"? Why the "h-index" is important? Scholars should generate good research work to get a good h index value. The h-index helps measure how much the co-researchers cite a researcher's article. Therefore, the h-index helps in augmenting the impact of the research work. Scholars can present their abilities and potential in the related field of study using the "h-index" and other metrics (such as the i10-index). In addition, they can show both the productivity and citation impact of the publications. Finally, it is essential to know that competition for academic jobs, particularly postdocs, is very high and challenging. As a result, researchers can obtain scholarships, fellowships, scientific positions, and job opportunities worldwide according to their resumes and scientific metrics. Therefore, the h-index can show the ranking of scholars applying for a position. How do we calculate the "h-index"? It is easy to count it. Consider that you want to calculate your h-index, and you have five papers with the below citations: X1=5 X2=8 X3=1 X4=2 X5= 4 First, try to order them in decreasing (ordered from greatest to least) format as follows: X2=8 X1=5 X5= 4 X4=2 X3=1 Then your h-index is 3 because you have 3 publications with 3 or more citations. What is a good h-index? Hirsch's reviews and checks mentioned that after 20 years of research, an h-index of 20 is good, 40 is outstanding, and 60 is exceptional. In addition, he denoted that 84% of Nobel prize winners in physics had an h-index of at least 30. So, you can keep this point in mind and analyze the question, "What is a good h-index?" What is "i10-index"? Another criterion to see a researcher is to help gauge a scholar's productivity. The i10-index was developed by Google Scholar. How do we calculate the "i10-index"? The i10-index is simple to calculate. For example, if an author/researcher's i-10 index is 6, it indicates that six of their publications are cited ten times. By referring to "My Citations" in Google Scholar, free and easy to use, you can see the i10-index of every researcher you want! Link to the PPTX file: https://agrimetsoft.com/scientific_papers #scientific_papers : https://bit.ly/2RU2xkt #Subscription vs #Open_Access in #journals | What is Open Access === In this video we can find the answers to the following questions: “What is an Open Access journal?” “What is a Subscription journal?” “What Do You Need to Know about the Differences between Open Access and Subscription Publications? “What are the main differences of the two types of journals, namely Open Access and Subscription journals? “Who can access an Open Access journal?” “Who can access a Subscription journal?” Open Access journals prepare content for free on the web and charge scholars to disseminate their findings and achievements. In the Open Access journals, the readers have free online access to the content. Adversely, Subscription-based journals usually need readers to pay for the content that they read. There is a term entitled "Article Publishing Charges (APCs)," which refers to Authors' publishing payments fund open access articles, their institutions, or their funding. Therefore, in the OA type, readers are not charged. Collaboration among researchers is crucial, and as a pivotal aspect, we should consider it! So, we must present our papers worldwide as soon as they are accepted in a journal. In this regard, many scientists believe that Open Access journals have several advantages over Subscription-based journals. Link to the PPTX file: https://agrimetsoft.com/scientific_papers #scientific_papers : https://bit.ly/2RU2xkt How to write an abstract for #research_papers? === In this video, we want to learn the entire essential tips about two primary parts of a research paper, namely "#Abstract" and "#Keywords." First, we will learn the main tips about "Abstract." By writing a perfect abstract, you can keep the reader's attention on your paper, so the reader will not skip it! An excellent abstract should consider several key points, as: -#Write_Abstract after you have completed all the parts of your paper. It means write it last. -Write it comprehensively, and summarize all parts of your manuscript in one paragraph after the title - Prepare it accurately, concisely, without copying and pasting from the manuscript - Take a look at the selected journal for the "guidelines" about the number of Abstract's words. In general, an "Abstract" should be written in 150-200 words, but I invite you to check it with the journal you want to send your scientific paper! ======= What is the main structure of an "Abstract"? An "Abstract" consists of five major parts, including: 1- Background & write a small introduction 2- Purpose – Motivation-Problem (PMP) 3- Material and used methods 4- Results 5- Conclusion & suggestions Be careful; after you write the "Abstract" part, check all the "English writing" and prevent typographical errors. ======== What are the "Keywords"? Keywords are words, acronyms, or phrases that clarify the most significant aspects of your manuscript. Those should be highly relevant to your paper. We apply them for indexing in a database of the related concepts with our scientific paper. If we select the Well-picked Keywords, we help our manuscript be more easily searched and cited. We should get more citations for our scientific paper by choosing the most significant "Keywords." How can we choose the best keywords for our paper? 1- Read through the manuscript at a glance 2- Write the phrases/terms utilized repeatedly in the manuscript. 3- Refer to a typical vocabulary list or indexing standard. By searching the listed "Keywords," we can estimate that Do our "Keywords" are good enough or not? 4- Search and check them in the search engine and try to find them from other similar papers 5- Finalize them with enough confidence. === Please do not forget to give this video thumbs up & subscribe to AgriMetSoft Channel (https://youtube.com/AgriMetSoft/).
